Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

BrainSpark Wellness provides outpatient psychiatric services to adults located in Massachusetts. Our services include:

  • Psychiatric evaluations
  • Medication management
  • Follow-up appointments

Eligibility

To receive services, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be physically located in Massachusetts during all appointments
  • Not be in active crisis or require emergency care

Services NOT Provided

We do NOT provide:

  • Emergency or crisis services
  • Services to minors (under 18) or geriatric patients
  • Court-ordered evaluations or legal letters
  • Inpatient or detox services
  • Medication-only or stimulant-only services
  • Services to those outside Massachusetts

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking. We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Superbills are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equivalent to the full appointment cost.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once a session has begun. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

  • Before session begins: Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future appointment.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): No refund; full appointment fee applies.
  • No-shows: No refund; full appointment fee applies.
  • Packages: Unused sessions in a package may be refunded at the provider's discretion, minus any sessions already used at full price.

By completing onboarding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this refund policy.

Telehealth Consent

All services are provided via telehealth (video). By booking an appointment, you consent to receive care via telehealth and understand:

  • You must be physically in Massachusetts during appointments
  • A stable internet connection is required
  • You must be in a private location during sessions
  • Telehealth has limitations and may not be appropriate for all conditions
